Instructions
  1. Wash mushrooms.
  2. Chop stems. Mix with chopped garlic.
  3. Remove stems and place caps in a shallow baking pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Add bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, salt, pepper and Add 2 tablespoons of oil, mix well.
  5. Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
  6. Preheat and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve on tray.
