Roasted Peppers: If you love roasted peppers, than you will love this recipe. Bell peppers are quartered and popped into a hot, hot oven until the skins blister and blacken. Or if you have a gas oven, you can just use the burners to blacken the peppers.

Instructions
  1. Wash pepper in cold water and then place 1 pepper on each burner. Roast until the skins blister and blacken.
  2. Place pepper in a colander and wash with cold water removing the blacken skin. Place in mixing bowl and add rest of ingredients mixing until peppers are well coated.
