Instructions
  1. Boil hot water add pasta and cook according to pasta box. Clean chicken breasts by trimming the fat and thin breasts. Flour chicken breasts.
  2. Heat up sauté (frying) pan with olive oil. Add chicken breasts to the pan, salt and pepper both sides of breast and brown both sides.
  3. Once breasts are brown on both sides dump remaining oil. Add white wine to the pan. Cook approximately 3 minutes high.
  4. Squeeze 2 lemons into the pan over the chicken breasts. Cook approximately 3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken stock and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium.
  6. At the very end add (capers optional) and butter. Once butter is melted, mix it around in the pan and serve over the pasta.
