Instructions
  1. Sauté and brown minced onion in oil.
  2. Add puree tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. While sauce is cooking, arrange veal cutlets in a flat oiled pan.
  3. Place one or two anchovies.
  4. Add1 tsp of bread crumbs on each cutlet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  5. Spoon sauce over each cutlet.
